1. Digital Products – No Physical Delivery

All products sold on DiveDigi are digital in nature and are delivered electronically via download links or email after successful payment.
No physical goods are shipped.

2. No Refund After Successful Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been successfully delivered or accessed

This is because digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded or used.

3. Exceptions (Valid Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
